张春巍，中共党员，博士学位，二级教授，博士生导师。

从事力学和土木工程等交叉学科领域教学与科研工作，长期开展基础设施工程防灾减灾等研究，近5年主要从事结构振动控制、结构抗爆抗冲击研究。主持国家重点研发计划重点专项等纵向科研项目20余项，第一作者或通讯作者在《Structural Control and Health Monitoring》、《Engineering Structures》等本领域TOP期刊发表SCI收录论文160余篇，入选全球前2%顶尖科学家（World’s Top 2% Scientists）年度影响力（Single year impact）榜单和职业长期影响力（Career-long impact）榜单，入选Elsevier中国高被引学者。第一发明人授权中国、美国、欧洲、日本、韩国、加拿大、澳大利亚等国家发明专利20余项。在国际知名出版社Taylor and Francis CRC Press出版英文专著《Seismic Performance of Asymmetric Structures》（ISBN: 978-0-367-90343-5）和《Concrete Structures Subjected to Impact and Blast Loadings and Their Combinations》（ISBN: 978-1-032-20051-4），主编《International Journal of Structural Stability and Dynamics》期刊专辑《Recent Advances on Structural Control, Health Monitoring and Applications in Bridge Engineering》（Vol18, No.8）和《Control, Monitoring and Application of Structural Protection Methods against Extreme Dynamic Loading》（Vol20, No.6），主编国际会议论文集《Mechanics of Structures and Materials: Advancements and Challenges》（Volume 1&2）和《Mechanisms and Machine Science：Robotics and Mechatronics》。第一完成人获山东省科技进步一等奖、日本免震构造学会奖；主要完成人获国家科技进步二等奖，教育部科技进步一等奖，广东省科技进步一等奖，辽宁省技术发明二等奖。《International Journal of Structural Stability and Dynamics》、《International Journal of Lifecycle Performance Engineering》等国际期刊编委、国内振动工程领域TOP期刊《振动工程学报》编委。
